AI Accelerator is a six-week small-group program for 5–6 business leaders or founders who want to understand AI properly, use it ethically, and apply it in ways that deliver immediate value.
The program begins with a grounded AI 101. Leaders develop a clear, plain-English understanding of how modern AI systems work, where they perform well, and where they introduce real risk. Ethical considerations are embedded from the start, including data exposure, bias, hallucination, over-automation, and accountability. This establishes strong judgment before tools are deployed.
From there, learning becomes hands-on. Participants design and test real AI workflows and automations using multiple tools, applying AI directly to the work they already do. Ethics is reinforced through practice, with leaders learning where guardrails matter in operational, commercial, and people-related decisions.
The latter part of the program focuses on refinement and return. Each participant fine-tunes a high-value AI workflow or custom build that meaningfully reduces effort, improves decision quality, or increases speed. High performers are supported to develop more advanced or early agentic workflows within the program, not as a future add-on.
The cohort format accelerates learning through peer insight and shared problem-solving, while maintaining individual accountability. Delivery is deliberately paced to allow testing, iteration, and embedding, so AI becomes part of how leaders work, not something they have merely explored.
